Because Cannes is so popular, due to its mild climate, mythical status from the Film Festival, the high-end shopping opportunities, strong infrastructure and the beautiful white sandy beaches, it attracts many high net worth individuals and multinational corporations, which leads to very high earnings for the owners of serviced apartments.

Our story

Created in 2008, we are today one of the leading agencies in Cannes. Probably best known for our strong seasonal renting business, where we provide a full-service concept for property owners, renting out their properties for both big corporate clients during the Cannes conventions, as well as to the many summer clients visiting for pleasure.
Some of our recurrent corporate rental clients are: Meta (Facebook), Google, Pinterest, SnapChat, Reddit, PwC, Deloitte, DLA Piper, Engel & Wölkers, Altitude Film, Hanway Film, Metro Film.
In 2017 we created our first investment fund, called CPI I (Cannes Property Invest). This fund was quickly fully subscribed for the amount of 10m€ and 14 apartments was acquired, renovated and put on the rental market. 

Today 10 of the 14 apartments has been sold, and our investors has profited from capital gains of 14-18%. 

Our specialty is sales transactions for clients seeking high returns on investment, trough seasonal rental. We hold Professional licenses for both “gestion”(rental and property management) and “transaction”, classic sales transactions.

Through “Compagnie Européenne de Garanties et Caution” we provide all our customer’s financial guarantees covering up to 1 859 000€ for each rental transaction we engage our company in. This gives our clients a financial safety net, rarely seen on the French Riviera 

Our background is Danish-French, and in the office we speak many languages, such as French, English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch and Hindu.
